This place was impeccably clean with incredibly attentive staff, and the central location made it easy to reach all the places we wanted to visit, enjoying the nearby casual dining spot and the fantastic lobby bar.

A very comfortable and non pretentious hotel on the upper east side, with perfect service and very decent rooms.

Corridor from elevator to my room was freezing cold. Romm 607 has an akward toillete seat. Last morning there as no warm water avaliable. After letting it run for 10 minutes, some dirty warm water came out f the tap. Stsff explained that municipality worked on the hot water pipework over the night. This info was not conveyed to me in a timely fashin. As I was leaving early I needed to wash myself with cold water. A shame for such a good hotel.

A small European feeling boutique hotel. Luxurious..great location...service is outstanding. Would stay again. Worth the price that isn't that much more than lesser quality hotels. Loved it!

Room appearance and location.

We found only a Queen bed room when we arrived but the hotel provided us with a wonderful room the following two days of our stay. Very responsive to our needs.

The location was amazing, close to the Lounge, the beautifully decorated restaurant, Arabelle, luxury hotels, and shops. The room I booked was nicely furnished, a good size with a comfortable bed, nice views, and a balcony.

The service, the size of the room, the comfort, the location. It was just wonderful.

It would be nice if they had some sort of 'green' program like other hotels do. For example to give the option of just making up the bed & towels for further use instead of changing them every day. We're not so fussy but I'm guessing most of their normal clientele might expect that. It's not a bad thing, just a more modern thing to consider.

Quiet yet well located. Warm and friendly atmosphere and staff were very helpful and caring. Very much appreciated the room upgrade when requested on arrival.

Not really a complaint, but if I was travelling with my children, it would be nice to have a pool.

Great location near Times Square 🌟, offering views of Central Park. The food was excellent, and the room was peaceful with a balcony and lovely views. Plus, the king-size bed was super comfy.

The extras were really expensive - $10 for a cappuccino. It meant we did not use the hotel facilities, mini bar etc.

Incredible staff works hard to make your stay special. Excellent location. Balconies on upper floors offer great views. Good soundproofing.

The property is dated and in dire need of renovation. Rooms especially are tired and motel-like in creature comforts. Minibar price list deliberately hidden away and contains nasty surprises. Consuming anything at all, whether in minibar fridge or in a kitchenette, will severely damage your wallet. Don't use the hotel power plug adapter, opening the box will add 40 dollars to your bill.
